Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect your information, and your rights under UK data-protection law.

Who we are
Endorsa Ltd, trading through uk-global-talent-visa.com ("Endorsa", "we", "us"), is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and its assessment service. Endorsa Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17134685. Its registered office is 4 Cranes Farm Road, Basildon, England, SS14 3JJ. You can contact us at support@endorsa.uk.
What information we collect
- Contact details you give us via our enquiry, contact or notify forms (name, email, your role/field, message).
- Eligibility-assessment information you provide, including answers about your career and any documents you upload (such as your CV and evidence).
- Payment information when you buy a service - card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
- Basic technical data (e.g. anonymous usage and device information) needed to operate and secure the site.
- Assessment-attribution data such as the page and call-to-action used to reach the assessor, bounded campaign labels, the referring hostname and a coarse AI-source label where applicable. We do not retain the referring page path or query string. These fields do not include your name, email address, uploaded filenames or report content.
How we use your information
We use it to produce a readiness assessment, prepare and review the application documents included in the service you selected, respond to enquiries, take payment, measure the assessment journey, secure and improve the service, and meet our legal obligations. Our lawful bases include performance of a contract when we deliver a service you request, consent where we ask for an optional activity, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the service.
If you tick the optional reminder box when starting the assessor, we send one operational email after approximately 24 hours when the assessment has not progressed to payment or completion. The email contains a private resume link. We record that the reminder was sent so it is not repeated. Leaving the box unticked means this reminder is not sent.
Your documents and confidentiality
Documents you upload are used to produce the assessment and document-preparation outputs you request. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your documents except with the providers needed to deliver our service, as described below, or where required by law.
Please upload only material relevant to the Digital Technology endorsement. Do not upload passports, visa records, medical or criminal records, bank statements, payment-card details or identity documents. Redact unrelated third-party personal information before uploading.
Automated assessment and human challenge
The £99 Fit Assessment uses an automated scoring and report-generation process to map submitted material against Endorsa's documented framework. The result is a non-binding readiness report. It is not a Tech Nation endorsement decision, a Home Office decision, legal advice or regulated immigration advice.
You may ask us to explain or correct the personal data used in the report and may challenge an assessment result by emailing support@endorsa.uk. A member of the Endorsa team can review the concern and correct inaccurate input data or an operational error. The optional paid report walkthrough is a separate document-preparation service.
Who we share data with
Service providers used in the current website and assessment workflow include Stripe for payments, Railway for application hosting, Anthropic for commercial AI processing, Google services for operational records and analytics, HubSpot for enquiry forms and CRM records, and email providers for service delivery. The HubSpot enquiry form uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention. If you choose WhatsApp, your message is also processed through WhatsApp's service. This website loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google's servers. Provider locations and terms may involve processing outside the UK.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal, accounting and dispute-handling obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; some records may need to be retained where a legal obligation or legal claim requires it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any right, email support@endorsa.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use two categories of cookies. Essential storage keeps the site working (for example, remembering your cookie choice itself). Optional analytics and advertising cookies are used by Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and HubSpot only if you accept them in the cookie banner: these help us understand how the site is used, connect later enquiries with earlier visits and measure advertising. If you reject them, or make no choice, these optional cookies are not set.
- Google Analytics 4 (cookies beginning
_ga, provider Google, up to 2 years): usage statistics across this site, app.endorsa.uk and endorsa.uk. - Google Ads (conversion cookies, provider Google, up to 90 days): measuring whether our advertising leads to enquiries and purchases. Google may process this data outside the UK.
- HubSpot site tracking (provider HubSpot): records website traffic, page views and attribution after you accept optional cookies, and can associate those visits with a later HubSpot form submission.
- HubSpot enquiry form (provider HubSpot): loads the contact form on the Contact page, records submissions in Endorsa's CRM and uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam prevention. The form asks separately for permission to store and process the enquiry and for optional one-to-one communications.
- Consent record (browser storage key
endorsa_consent): remembers whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. - Assessment funnel events: offer views, assessment starts, uploads, preliminary reads, checkout, purchases and refunds are measured without names, email addresses, filenames, report links, document content or full assessment scores. A referring hostname, coarse AI-source label and Google Analytics client identifier are retained with operational attribution only as described above; cross-page browser storage for referral attribution is used only when you have accepted optional analytics cookies.
You can change your mind at any time: change your cookie choice.
