About these terms

These terms govern services provided by Endorsa Ltd, trading through uk-global-talent-visa.com ("Endorsa", "we", "us"), to you ("the client"). By purchasing or using our services you agree to them. Questions: support@endorsa.uk.

Company details

Endorsa Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17134685. Its registered office is 4 Cranes Farm Road, Basildon, England, SS14 3JJ.

What we do and the boundary of our service

We provide document-preparation support for the UK Global Talent Visa Digital Technology endorsement. Depending on the service purchased, this can include an automated readiness assessment, evidence planning, document drafting, editing, formatting, quality checks and a walkthrough of an Endorsa report.

Endorsa does not provide regulated immigration advice or legal advice. We do not advise on immigration status, permission to stay, switching routes, dependants, admissibility, legal rights, appeals or how immigration law applies to an individual case. We do not submit an application as your legal representative. Where regulated advice is required, use an adviser registered with the Immigration Advice Authority or a qualified solicitor or barrister. Endorsa is not affiliated with the Home Office or Tech Nation.

No guarantee of outcome

Tech Nation makes the Digital Technology endorsement decision and the Home Office makes the visa decision. Endorsa does not guarantee endorsement or visa outcomes. Client comments and client-reported case-study outcomes describe individual experiences and do not predict your result. Service-specific refund and support terms are set out in our Refund policy.

The assessment options are a £99 report and a £199 report with a one-hour case discussion. If you engage Endorsa for a document-preparation package and the package engagement payment is received, your chosen assessment fee is refunded in full under the Refund policy.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents.
  • Do not submit false, misleading, plagiarised or fabricated evidence - doing so can lead to refusal or a ban, and we will not assist with it.
  • You remain responsible for your application and for paying government fees directly to the Home Office.

Fees and payment

Our service fees are fixed and quoted before you commit; see Services & pricing and Our process. Government fees, including endorsement, visa and the Immigration Health Surcharge, are separate and paid by you directly to the Home Office; we do not mark these up. Payments are taken via our payment provider.

Refunds

Refunds and our reattempt and review support guarantees are described in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

Templates, frameworks and materials we provide remain our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your own application only. The content of this website may not be copied or republished without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by third parties (including Tech Nation and the Home Office) or for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
