Assessment options: our satisfaction refund

The £99 Assessment Report and the £199 Assessment Report with a one-hour case discussion carry a full satisfaction refund. If you are not happy with your report, we will refund your chosen assessment payment in full, with no time limit.

If you engage Endorsa for a document-preparation package, your chosen £99 or £199 assessment fee is refunded in full after the package engagement payment is received. This applies even if the one-hour discussion has taken place. One refund applies per assessment purchase.

Our bespoke packages (Done-with-you, End-to-End, Concierge and Rejection Case Replanning) are different: they cover tailored work that begins as soon as you engage us, so they are protected by the reattempt and review support below rather than a cash refund. Government fees are handled separately (below).

Reattempt support on End-to-End

On our End-to-End package, if your application is refused on grounds relating to how the evidence was presented, we will rebuild the application and support a resubmission at no additional service fee. This guarantee covers our work; it does not cover government fees (below) and does not apply where a refusal results from inaccurate information you provided or from facts outside our control.

Endorsement review support on Done-with-you

On our Done-with-you package, if your endorsement is refused we support one endorsement review - the formal 28-day challenge of the decision - at no additional service fee. This covers preparing the review case from your existing submission; it does not cover government fees or a fresh application.

Government fees are separate and non-refundable by us

The endorsement fee (£561), the visa fee (£205) and the Immigration Health Surcharge (£1,035/year) are paid by you directly to the Home Office. We never mark these up and we cannot refund them - refunds of government fees are governed by Home Office rules. See the full cost breakdown.

What is not covered

  • Change of mind after work has been substantially delivered.
  • Refusals caused by inaccurate, incomplete or untruthful information supplied by you.
  • Decisions or delays by Tech Nation or the Home Office.
